What Is Hybrid Personal Training?
Hybrid Personal Training combines in-person coaching with the structure and accountability of ongoing online programming and feedback. It’s ideal for busy professionals, parents, or anyone who wants the motivation of a trainer without being locked into the gym every day
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll train face-to-face with Cassie or Leah at our Rydewear Munno Para gym or Angle Vale home studio.
- Between sessions, you’ll continue training with a custom program and full online support
- You’ll receive detailed weekly feedback, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching to keep you performing at your best.
It’s still 100% personal training — just with more flexibility, structure, and long-term success.
